Retailers and Wholesalers must provide a Federal Tax ID number. 2. Terms and conditions: COD, Credit Card, Money Order, or Certified Check. Net 30 is available to qualified accounts. References must be provided. The first three orders are automatically COD for new clients as part of our Net 30 qualification process. Distributors who qualify for Net 30 terms must have payment in our office no later than 40 days after invoice date.
